The Owners

Jay Jahn: Jay plays a key role in the early stages of every project, focusing on planning, estimating,
and setting a solid foundation before construction begins. He values serving others and
growing as a leader. He enjoys outdoor activities, trail riding, sports, and time with his
family.

Daniel Fedoriw: Daniel leads each project once construction begins. He manages day-to-day on-site
operations, coordinates trades, and serves as your main point of contact throughout the
build. Outside of work, he is passionate about family, faith, traveling with his wife Erika, and
spending time outdoors.
